Maybe I’m the last person on the planet to come across MarketingWithMiles.com, but I’m so glad I did! Internet marketer, Miles Baker, claims to be earning in excess of $10,000 every two weeks through various online activities, so I’m certainly all ears and ready to learn from him.
According to his interesting and inspiring About page, the turning point for him came when two and half years after trying to market affiliate products through ClickBank, he got a check for $7.38 out of the blue. He had even forgotten about his fling with affiliate marketing, but when that check came he realized that if he devoted himself to it, he could surely make a lot more… and that he did.
Miles writes about general internet marketing, pay-per-click and contextual advertising, search engine optimization, Wordpress, and much more. Just a quick glance over his site shows that he puts a lot of thought into his writing. Take for example his recent article on what he calls C.D.I.O - Computer Distraction and Interruption Overload. This is a topic which many of us can relate to. Just when you sit down at your computer to get some work done, Pedro wants to talk to you!
There are a bunch of great articles, many of which are actually useful. In his article about viral plugins for Wordpress, he says:
If you don’t know what social bookmarking is I suggest you read up about it on Wikipedia. It’s really the next wave of marketing for online marketers and bloggers. If you’re a blogger using Wordpress you will definitely want to check out these plugins for increasing the traffic to your site.
Oh my Google!!! I’ve just spent the last half an hour watching The $526,744.35 Adsense video! You’ve got to watch this if you haven’t already. Check out Miles’ post about the John Reese Adsense Video. I’m feeling really pumped after watching that!
